Terms and Conditions Agreement

• Booking starts from the time you have reserved the car and day counts every 24 hours (300 km per day average).
• Understanding the situation of traffic or other circumstances, IK Cars Rental gives one hour of grace period. After the grace period, an entire day charge will be taken.
• Ensure Photo/Video taken of the car from your mobile before starting your journey for proof of existing scratches, dents, or damage on the car. Also, you must take speedometer and fuel level photos and send them to IK Cars Rental.
• The same level of fuel must be maintained while handing over to you. If it is less, you will be charged accordingly. If it is more, we will just say thank you.
• The place of return is the place where the handover is taken unless agreed upon by IK Cars Rental.
• IK Cars Rental is not responsible for any tyres punctures, flat tyres, or any damage caused due to tyre failure. It will be solely borne by you. Take a picture or video of the tyre condition to avoid discrepancy while returning the vehicle.
• If any damage, scratches, or dents happened when the car was in your possession, then the entire repair cost will be borne by you.
• In case of major damage, the amount to be paid will be decided by taking the insurance into account and will be decided between IK Cars Rental and you.
• 50% of the rent will be charged for the period the car was parked in the garage/service center for repair.
• The maximum speed limit allowed by IK Cars Rental is 100 km/hr. Exceeding this will attract a fine of Rs 500 per attempt. Also, you must follow the speed limit as per the RTD sign board displayed on roadsides, or else you will attract a fine of Rs 2000, which will be captured by RTD cameras.
• IK Cars Rental holds the security deposits for a minimum of 48 hours after you return the car and will initiate the refund once RTO fines are checked. If any RTO fine appears, it will be deducted accordingly, and the rest will be refunded.

Extending of Days

• You must inform us well in advance and make the payment for the number of days you want to extend immediately after confirming availability with the IK Cars Rental Operator.
• Extending of days is subject to availability. If not available, you must return the car as per your previous schedule. Failure to do so will result in a fine of Rs 5000/- or more.
• The security deposit will not be considered as part of the rent when days are extended.

Cancellation Policy

• If you inform us two days prior to the journey date, then 50% of the rent will be deducted in case of 100% advance payment. Otherwise, you will have to pay 50% rent on the total number of days you booked.

Charges for Cleaning: If the car is delivered in clean condition and returned uncleaned/dirty, the following charges apply:

• Hatchback: Rs.300/-
• Sedan: Rs.400/-
• SUV: Rs.500/-
• Luxury: Rs.1500/-

If the car is decorated, Smoking and drinking are not allowed. If found, Rs 1000 will be charged for cleaning.
